James Bartone

My name is James Bartone, and I’m an Emmy-winning TV producer and storyteller with more than 20 years of experience writing, shooting, editing, producing, and designing.

 

From concept to final delivery, I take complex stories and turn them into clear, compelling promo videos that anyone can understand. And since I’ve been working in TV news for what seems like an eternity, it’s safe to say I’m used to creating high-quality work with super-fast, non-negotiable deadlines.

 

I help lead branding efforts for a local TV station, create memorable on-air and digital promos, and produce high-energy campaigns that cut through a crowded media landscape.

 

I also oversee and mentor junior producers, helping push their work creatively while allowing them to grow and take ownership of what they create.

 

Recently, I had the opportunity to work on a long-form documentary, an experience that pushed my storytelling to another level.  It was incredibly rewarding, and something I hope to do more of.    

 

I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned and apply it in a fresh creative environment where I can continue growing, evolving, and pushing great work forward. That's why I’m looking for a senior creative role where I can bring experience, creativity, and leadership to cool, meaningful projects that make an impact.
